At NUTRA & RITUAL, we believe in transparent and simple delivery. That's why we offer Free Standard Delivery on all UK orders, with no minimum purchase required.

1. Delivery Cost

  • Standard Delivery: FREE for all UK orders
  • Domestic Delivery: We currently deliver to all addresses within the United Kingdom

2. Delivery Timeline

  • Order Cutoff Time: 11:00pm (UK time), daily
  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 11pm are dispatched the next business day
  • Transit Time: 3–5 business days
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 3–5 business days from dispatch date, depending on your location

Please note: during high-volume periods such as sales events or seasonal peaks, order processing and delivery times may take longer than usual. We are not responsible for delays caused by our delivery couriers.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

4. Delivery Courier

We partner with Royal Mail and other trusted couriers to ensure your products arrive safely and on time.

5. Missing or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, or if it arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours.
